Fried Rice are very popular in Asia, almost every nation in asia serves this kind of dish. Here’s a fried rice recipe and how to make fried rice steps for you can try at home. Make sure you have some rice.. make fried rice is quite easy.

Fried Rice

Serving for 2

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of rice (8.8 ounces)
  • 4 shrimps
  • 100 grams of breast chicken fillet, slice diced (3.5 ounces)
  • 1 egg, stired
  • 50 grams of beans (1.7 ounces)
  • 5 meatballs, slice each to 4 parts
  • 3 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • Some cucumber for the pickles

Cooking Spice:

  • 2 garlics, minced it
  • 100 grams of onion, slice it thin (3.5 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • Chicken flavoured cooking powder 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • some salts
  • 3/4 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup (tomato sauce)

Directions:

  1. Heat up the oil and fry the garlic and onion until they smell good.
  2. Add the chicken, shrimp, and meatballs. stir up until the shrimp turn red.
  3. Add the eggs fry and stir until it’s well done
  4. Add the beans, sweet soy souce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and sesame oil. stir up well
  5. Pour in the rice, fry and stir it up until it’s well done and the rice absorbed the spice perfectly.
  6. Serve it with some pickles.

Tips: stir the rice often, the more you stir the rice the more spice the rice will absorbed and the taste will be evenly distributed.
