Sesame Chicken Recipe
Sesame chicken (also called Chinese sesame seed chicken) is a Chinese American dish commonly found in Chinese take-out and buffet restaurants in the United States and Chinese restaurants in Canada.
Ingredients:
- 750 grams (26.6 ounces) of chicken breast fillet, hit it until they’re flast
- 6 clove of garlic, smash them
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- cooking oil to fry them
Dipping Sauce ingredients:
- 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of flour
- 3 tablespoon of rice flour
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 150 cc water
Directions:
- cut the chicken 1×3 inches
- coat them with mix of smashed garlic and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes
- dip the chiken into the dipping sauce
- fry them in hot oil until yellow. Take it out, and set aside
- serve with tomato or chili sauce
