Sesame Chicken Recipe

Sesame chicken (also called Chinese sesame seed chicken) is a Chinese American dish commonly found in Chinese take-out and buffet restaurants in the United States and Chinese restaurants in Canada.

Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 750 grams (26.6 ounces) of chicken breast fillet, hit it until they’re flast
  • 6 clove of garlic, smash them
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • cooking oil to fry them

Dipping Sauce ingredients:

  • 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of flour
  • 3 tablespoon of rice flour
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 150 cc water

Directions:

  1. cut the chicken 1×3 inches
  2. coat them with mix of smashed garlic and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes
  3. dip the chiken into the dipping sauce
  4. fry them in hot oil until yellow. Take it out, and set aside
  5. serve with tomato or chili sauce
